Amy Chan
Amy Chan joined the firm in January 2012. Before Joining the firm, Ms. Chan attended Gonzaga University School of Law, during which time she clerked for the Honorable Jerome Leveque at the Spokane Superior Court. After earning her Juris Doctorate, she returned to Hawaii and clerked for the Honorable Michael A. Town. Ms. Chan then spent over four years at the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney completed numerous jury and bench trials, ranging from felonies, misdemeanors, domestic violence and traffic cases.

Firm History
R. Patrick McPherson started practicing law in Hawaii in September of 1996.
He practiced in the area of DUI and traffic law for 9 years with a criminal defense firm.
In April of 2005 Mr. McPherson started his own firm which concentrates in the area of DUI, Traffic, and Criminal defense.
Attorney Matthew Anbe has assisted the firm since its inception in 2005.
